Office 365 Install Error 30015-39 (5)

When installing Office Click-to-Run products, including Office 365, you may receive error 30015-39 (5).

1. Run the Microsoft Office Uninstall Tool located here: Link
2. Locate the Office install location, typically c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office , or sometimes “Microsoft Office xx” where xx is the version number.
3. Take control of these folders, then delete them.
4. Re-install Office.
