Not the sexiest purchase for your smart home, but one that can save you a lot of money, or at least indicate if something is wrong! I have two of these connected to my SkyConnect USB stick and integrated into Home Assistant. There are some areas of my home that can get ground water during heavy rains, and I have placed them in those locations to warn me if water is coming into the home. These are great to place under washing machines, sinks, or dishwashers to alert you to an unexpected leak.
